Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence We Redwood Developments Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Dartford Borough Council on the 05TH December 2025 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at:

Dinotropolis Unit SVU10 Upper Plaza Greenhithe Kent DA9 9ST from which the following licensable activities are proposed.

Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 09:00 to 21:30 Monday to Sunday.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Section Dartford Borough Council Civic Centre Home Gardens Dartford Kent DA1 1DR or by email to licensing@dartford.gov.uk.

Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations
to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above.

The last day for representations being the 02/01/2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary
conviction to an unlimited fine.
