Caerphilly Council, Recycling Centre 3 Alder Ave, Dyffryn Business Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, Mid Glamorgan, CF82 7TW as an operating centre for 80 goods vehicles and 6 (six) trailers and to use Former Delyn Packaging Ltd. Caerphilly Council Fleet, Stores and Parks Departments 1 Willow Way, Dyffryn Business Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, Mid Glamorgan, CF82 7TR as an operating centre for 30 goods vehicles and 15 trailers.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.
