What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of South Gloucestershire Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Bailey’s Court Inn at Bailey`s Court Road, Bradley Stoke, Bristol. BS32 8BH.

The application includes the following terms:-

1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at South Gloucestershire Council, Department for Place, PO Box 1954, Civic Centre, High Street, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, BS37 0DD.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 9th December 2025 (www.southglos.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
