What is proposed?
North East Tippers Limited, of Thistle Road, Littleburn
Industrial Estate, Langley Moor, Durham, DH7 8HJ is
applying to make the following change to its operators
licence: to keep an additional 6 goods vehicles and 0 trailers
at Former DAF Trucks Dealership, Barley Mow, Drum Road,
Chester-le-Street, Durham, DH3 2AF.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near
the operating centres who believe that their use or
enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make
written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at
Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their
reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must
at the same time send a copy of their representations
to the applicant at the address given at the top of this
