What is proposed?
Sem Trans Scotland Ltd of Yard 1A, Strutherhill
Industrial Estate, Larkhall, ML9 2PJ is applying
to change an existing license as follows.
To change existing conditions for licence to use Yard 1A,
Baird Avenue, Strutherhill Industrial Estate, ML9 2PJ as an
operating centre for 5 goods vehicles and 5 trailers.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near
the operating centres who believe that their use or
enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make
written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at
Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their
reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must
at the same time send a copy of their representations
to the applicant at the address given at the top of this
