What is proposed?
Saif Chowdhury, trading as CPL Services Ltd., of 79
Fairholme Road, Birmingham B36 8HL Is applying for
a licence to use MTA Supply Group, Mancetter Road,
Nuneaton, CV10 ORT as an operating centre for three (3)
goods vehicle and three (3) trailers.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near
the operating centres who believe that their use or
enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make
written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at
Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their
reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must
at the same time send a copy of their representations
to the applicant at the address given at the top of this
