Newtown Packaging Limited, of 18-19 Padgets Lane, Redditch, B98 0RA, is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To add an operating centre to keep 4 goods vehicles and 0 trailers at 18-19 Padgets Lane, Redditch, B98 0RA.
To change existing conditions or undertakings applying at the operating centres at 80 Arthur Street, Lakeside, Redditch, B98 8JY and Units B2 and B4, East Moons Moat Business Centre, Oxleasow Road, Redditch, B98 0RE, by removing these operating centres.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make
Written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
