What is proposed?

APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Hawthorn Leisure Community Pubs Limited has applied to Coventry City Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Old Dyers Arms, Spon End, Coventry, Warwickshire, CV1 3HB.

This application has been submitted to request the change of layout of the current premises by way of the following:-

Addition of bar servery in lounge (located by males toilet facilities)

addition of kitchen area omitted on current plan

addition of outdoor bar servery

addition of external drinking areas

This variation will also quest the extension of licenced area to cover the outdoor bar servery for the provision of sale of alcohol.

If you wish to make any representations in connection with this application, you must write to: The Licensing Department, Coventry City Council, 3 Upper Precinct, Coventry, CV1 1FS on or before 17th October 2025.

The Council’s Licensing Register where a record of this application may be inspected is kept at the above address. The register may also be viewed online at: www.coventry.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
