What is proposed?

Gwenallt Llwyd Ifan have applied to Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council for a Premises Licence on the 1 September 2025 for Uned 1 Clos Twm Siôn Cati, Lôn Penpica, Tregaron SY25 6JX.
We seek to Licence the following activities: Nanobrewery and taproom for the supply of alcohol. Monday to Thursday 13:00 to 19:00 Friday and Saturday 13:00 to 21:00
The application is available for inspection by request made to: The Licensing Section, Ceredigion County Council, County Hall, Aberaeron, Ceredigion SA46 0AT, by email: publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk or telephone: 01545 570 881  
Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address or by e-mail to publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk by midnight on 29 September 2025  
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
