Goods Vehicle Operator's Licence

Oxfordshire Commercials Ltd of Flat 2 Trienna Court, Wendover Gardens, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 2HD is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To change the operating centre from Emerald Building, Upper Heyford Business Park, Upper Heyford, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX25 5HA to Containanstor Ltd, Home Farm Works, Deddington, Banbury, Oxon OX15 0TP and to keep 3 goods vehicles and 2 trailers at the new operating centre. Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at: Traffic Commissioner, Central Licensing Office, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE within 21 days of this notice, stating their reasons. At the same time, a copy of the representations must be sent to the applicant at the address given above. A Guide to Making Representations is available from the GOV.UK website.
