Conwy County Borough Council trading as Conwy County Borough Council of Central Resource Depot, Transport Section, Blackmarsh Road, Mochdre, Colwyn Bay, LL28 5HA is applying to change an existing licence as follows:

To keep an extra 10 goods vehicles and 0 trailers at the operating centre at Builder Street West, Llandudno, LL30 1HH.

To keep an extra 10 goods vehicles and 0 trailers at the operating centre at Coach Park, Builder Street West, Llandudno, LL30 1HH.

To keep an extra 10 goods vehicles and 0 trailers at the operating centre at Council Yard, Plas Y Dre, Melin-y-Coed, Llanrwst, LL26 0SL.

To keep an extra 5 goods vehicles and 0 trailers at the operating centre at Plot 6, Tremarl Industrial Estate, Ffordd Maelgwyn, Llandudno Junction, LL31 3PN.

To keep an extra 2 goods vehicles and 0 trailers at the operating centre at Tan y Gopa Depot, Tan y Gopa, Abergele, LL22 7DP.

To add an operating centre to keep 18 goods vehicles and 0 trailers at Plot 3, Tremarl Industrial Estate, Ffordd Maelgwyn, Llandudno Junction, LL31 3PN.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
