Notice of Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence

BVSMNT Ltd hereby gives notice that it has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of the premises known as BVSMNT, situated at Borough Road, Darwen, BB3 2FT. The proposed variation is:

To extend the opening hours and the hours for licensable activities as follows:

Monday to Thursday: 17:00 – 23:00

Friday: 17:00 – 03:00 (the following day)

Saturday: 16:00 – 03:00 (the following day)

Sunday: 16:00 – 23:00

Bank Holiday Sundays: 15:00 – 03:00 (the following day).

To permit the performance of live and recorded music until the above closing times, and to allow occasional later openings for major international sporting events (e.g. FIFA World Cup, UEFA European Championship) when fixtures of significant public interest fall on weekdays.

Representations must be made in writing and must be received no later than 28 days from the day after the date of publication of this notice.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person found guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
