Notice is hereby given that Masti Lounge Ltd has applied in respect of the Bbq Lounge, Haven Road, Colchester, Essex, CO2 8HT, for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: supply of alcohol on/off Mon - Sun 1000hrs to 0100hrs, late night refreshment (On) Mon-Sun 2300hrs to 0100 hrs.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 01/09/2025, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment ONLY between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester City Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
