What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE - THE LICENSING ACT 2003

We Benedict Nicholls & Rebecca Halliday do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the (ii) grant of our (iii) Premises Licence at(iv), 135 Station Road, Deganwy, Conwy, LL31 9EJ known as (v) The Tea Station.

The application is to: (vi) Supply of Alcohol On/Off the Premises: Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to 23:00; Friday to Saturday: 10:00 to 00:00; Christmas Eve 10:00 to 00:00; New Year’s Eve 10:00 to 02:00.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, Colwyn Bay, LL29 0GG not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (30.07.2025).

Representations received after this date will not be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, there is an unlimited fine on summary of conviction.
