To keep an extra 2 vehicles at the operating centre W4 Havenside Business Park, Fishtoft Road, Fishtoft, PE21 0AH. Owners of occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected as a result of the increased number of vehicles, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF. The representation should be submitted within 21 days of this notice and state the reasons why they are against the changes.
