Maudesville Corp Ltd of Burnt House Bank, Pelton Fell Road, Chester Le Street, DH2 2AG is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To add an operating centre to keep 1 goods vehicle and 1 trailer at Yard H3, Derwenthaugh Industrial Estate, Derwenthaugh Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE16 3BQ.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.
