Bath & North East Somerset Council trading as Bath & North East Somerset Council of Fleet Operations, Worlds End Lane, Keynsham, BS31 1TW is applying for a licence to use B&NES Transport Depot, Locksbrook Road, Bath, BA1 3EL as an operating centre for 10 goods vehicles and 0 trailers, and to use Royal Victoria Parks Nursery, Royal Victoria Park, Bath, BA1 2LZ as an operating centre for 3 goods vehicles and 0 trailers.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.
Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
