What is proposed?

Goods Vehicle Operator’s Licence

Keenan Recycling Ltd of Donside House, Campus One, Balgownie Road, Aberdeen, AB22 8GT is applying to change an existing licence as follows, to keep an extra 4 goods vehicles and 0 trailers at the operating centre at Dunsfold AD Facility, Cranleigh, GU6 8LE. To change existing conditions or undertakings applying at the operating centre at Dunsfold AD Facility, Cranleigh, GU6 8LE. From, authorised vehicles shall not enter or leave the operating centre except between 0500 hours and 1900 hours Monday to Friday, 0500 hours and 1400 hours Saturdays.

There shall be no movements of authorised vehicles into or out of the operating centre on Sundays. Between 0500 and 0700 Monday to Saturday only authorised vehicles that are empty shall be allowed to leave the operating centre. To, authorised vehicles shall not enter or leave the operating centre except between 0300 hours and 1900 hours Monday to Friday, 0300 hours and 1400 hours Saturdays.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
