MR ALI SYKES trading as PREMIER LOGISTICS (UK) LTD of Premier House, Beveridge Lane, Bardon Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1TB is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To add an operating centre to keep 20 goods vehicles and 35 trailers at VPK Packaging Ltd, Stoke Albany Road, Desborough, Kettering, NN14 2SR. Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.
