Smurfit Westrock of Commerce Park, Chesterfield, S44 5HS is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To remove the operating centre at Commerce Park, Chesterfield, S44 5HS and to add an operating centre at Unit B, Plot 15 Seymour Link Road, Chesterfield, S43 3FG. This operating centre will be used for 3 goods vehicles and 5 trailers.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given above.
