A&J Transit Ltd of 4 Kirkland Way, Stenson fields, Derby, DE24 3HA is applying to change an existing license as follows; To keep an extra 5 goods vehicles and 5 trailers (Total of 8 goods vehicles and 8 trailers) at the operating centre at Punjab Times UK, Bridle Gate Lane, Alvaston, Derby, DE24 0QW
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.
Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
