What is proposed?

Goods Vehicle Operator's Licence
RJC Lowloaders Ltd of Units 1&2 Federal
Estates, Newton Road, Higham Ferrers,
Northamptonshire NN10 8HW is applying to
change an existing licence as follows: To keep an
extra 25 goods vehicles and 21 trailers at the
operating centre at Ditchford Mill, Ditchford Lane,
Rushden, Wellingborough NN8 1RL. Owners or
occupiers of land (including buildings) near the
operating centre(s) who believe that their use or
enjoyment of that land would be affected, should
make their written representations to the Traffic
Commissioner at: Quarry House, Quarry Hill,
Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21
days of this notice. Representors must at the
same time send a copy of their representations to
the applicant at the address given at the top of
