What is proposed?

ROBERT TUCKWELL trading as GWALIA VEHICLE SOLUTIONS of​ GWALIA HIRE, STATION APPROACH, ROSS ON WYE  HEREFORDSHIRE HR9 7AQ   is applying for a licence to use

 THE FORMER GARDNER BUTCHER GARAGE KYRLE STREET ROSS ON WYE HR9 7DB    
as an operating centre for 1 (ONE) goods vehicles   and 1 (ONE) trailer   and to use   THE COMPOUND AT THE REAR OF 17 – 19 KYRLE STREET,  ROSS ON WYE. HR9 7DB as an operating centre for 1 (ONE) goods vehicle   and 1 (ONE) trailer
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
