Adrian Nigel Hoskins trading as A N Hoskins of Church Farm, Dark Lane, Upton Noble, Shepton Mallet, BA4 6AT is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To add an operating centre to keep 6 goods vehicles and 0 trailers at Moons Hill Quarry, Mendip Road, Stoke St Michael, Radstock, BA3 5JU.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centres who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.
