Mark Roy Toms & Kim Alison Toms T/A: R & M Toms Transport Of 51 Rectory Lane South, Leybourne, West Malling, Kent, ME19 5HA is applying for a licence to use Gallant House, Lower Road, East Farleigh, Maidstone, ME15 0JS as an operating centre for 5 goods vehicles and 0 trailers and to use Unit 1, Bircholt Road, Maidstone, ME15 9XY as an operating centre for 13 goods vehicles and 0 trailers.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land will be affected, should make written representation to the traffic commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE. Stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice, representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
