What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Rio Deli & Café Ltd to the
Licensing Authority of Portsmouth City Council for a
Premises Licence for the Rio Deli and Cafe, 102 Palmerston
Road, Southsea, Portsmouth, PO5 3PT. The application is
to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the
premises between 0800 until midnight Mondays to
Saturdays and 0800 until 2300 on Sundays and late-night
refreshment between 2300 and midnight Mondays to
Saturdays. Full details of the Application can be viewed at
the offices of the Licensing Authority at Portsmouth City
Council, Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth,
Hampshire, PO1 2AL. A responsible authority or any other
person can make written representations to the Licensing
Authority at any time up to and including 21st April 2025

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
