Mr Samuel J Hornsey trading as Hornsey Steel Panels & Sections Ltd of The Old Coal Yard, Station Road, Bucknell, Shropshire SY7 0EL and which applies at the operating centre at The Old Coal Yard, Station Road, Bucknell, Shropshire, SY7 0EL. Is applying to remove the following conditions or undertakings which reads there will be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles or trailers at the operating centre before 8:00 and after 17:00 Mondays to Fridays; before 9:30 and after 12:00 on Saturdays; and there shall be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles or trailers at the operating centre on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
