What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Boparan Restaurants Holdings Limited has applied to Ashford Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Slim Chickens, Ashford Designer Outlet, Kimberley Way, Ashford, TN24 0SD.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:The provision of Late Night Refreshment Mondays to Sundays from 23:00 until 23:30. The Retail Sale of Alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises) Mondays to Sundays from 08:00 to 23:00. Opening hours Mondays to Sundays from 08:00 until 23:30. Any representations regarding the above- mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, Ashford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Tannery Lane,Ashford, Kent,TN23 1PL or by email to licensing@ashford.gov.uk no later than 18th July stating the grounds for representation. The register of Ashford Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.ashford.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
