 Piotr Ciborowski trading as A.B.M.P. LTD of 10B Market Place DY4 7AR Tipton is applying for a licence to use 150 Oxford Street, Bilston Wolverhampton WV14 7DP as an operating centre for 3 goods vehicle and 3 trailers. 

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner of Hilcrest House, 386 Harehils Lane, Leeds, LS 9 6NF, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.
