NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE 

An application for a VARIATION of a Premises Licence has been made by Aaryan Superstores Ltd to Wolverhampton City Council in respect of premises known as Aaryan Superstores Ltd which are situated at 644-645 Parkfield Road, Wolverhampton, WV4 6EH The application to vary is as follows: I wish to remove two existing conditions; 1.Single sales for off licences; Beer, cider and mixed drinks (such as cocktails and alcopops) are to be stocked and sold in multipacks of a minimum of four units. Multipacks must not be split. 2. Sales of alcohol are not to include any super strength larger or beers where strength exceeds 6.5% ABV (alcohol by volume) cider above 6.5% must be sold in minimum quantities of 1 Litre. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1DA by 19/07/ 2023. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
