Yn gwneud cais i newid trwydded bresennol fel a ganlyn:

i ychwanegu Canolfan Weithredu er mwyn cadw 50 o gerbydau yn y ganolfan weithredu yng:

Ngorsaf Trosglwyddo Gwastraff Colomendy, Cyngor Sir Ddinbych,

Ffordd y Graig, Dinbych, LL16 5US.

Dylai unrhyw berchnogion neu feddianwyr tir (gan gynnwys adeiladau) ger y ganolfan weithredu sy'n credu y byddai hyn yn cael effaith ar eu defnydd neu eu boddhad o'r tir hwnnw gyflwyno sylwadau'n ysgrifenedig i'r Comisiynydd Traffig yn Hillcrest House 386, Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF gan nodi eu rhesymau, o fewn 21 diwmod i'r hysbysiad hwn. Dylai'r rtiai sy'n cyflwyno sylwadau hefyd anfon copi o'u sylwadau at yr ymgeisydd gan ddefnyddio'r cyfeiriad sydd wedi'i nodi ar frig yr hysbysiad hwn. Mae canllawiau i gyflwyno sylwadau ar gael gan Swyddfa'r Comisiynydd Traffig.

Rydym yn croesawu gohebiaeth yn Gymraeg. Ni fydd unrhyw oedi wrth ymateb i ohebiaeth a dderbyniwyd yn Gymraeg.

Is applying to change an existing licence as follows

To add an Operating Centre to keep 50 vehicles at the operating centre at

Colomendy Waste Transfer Station, Denbighshire County Council, Graig Road, Denbigh, LL16 5US.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Millcrest House 386, Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice. A Guide to making representations is available from the Traffic Commissioner's Office.

We welcome correspondence in Welsh. There will be no delay in responding to correspondence received in Welsh.
