Buckinghamshire Council’s Parks and Green Spaces Service wish to lease the café at Stoke Poges Country Park to a passionate and innovative café operator to provide a quality catering facility for visitors to Stoke Poges Country Park (SL2 4NL).
Stoke Poges Country Park is a newly developed 59-acre country park that will feature a café, play area, walks and trails with a hill viewpoint with stunning vistas across the surrounding landscape. The café building is currently being fully refurbished, including new counter and extraction system.
The Operator will take on the running of the café facility and the Council are offering a 5-year full-repairing lease to enable this investment.
The lease is expected to start Autumn/Winter 2026.
