Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967, that any person having a claim or interest in the freehold and/or leasehold of 28 Regent Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD1 4NR (“the Premises”) is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his/her interest to Mr Christopher John Keady whose address for the purpose of this notice is 28 Regent Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD1 4NR, and to send such particulars no later than 17 July 2026 after which date the Court will be invited to make an Order vesting the freehold and long leasehold interests in the Premises in the leaseholder pursuant to the Leasehold Reform Act 1967.
