External Works Improvement Scheme

Maguiresbridge GFC invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the following works:

Construction and extension of a path around existing pitch and car park, installation of external lighting, erection of fencing and gates, installation of required ducting and amendments to the site entrance.

Estimated Value: £120,000 (inclusive of all works)

Funding: This project is part-funded by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council.

Contractors wishing to be considered for inclusion on the tender list should submit the following information:

  • Company name, address and contact details
  • Confirmation of relevant public liability insurance
  • Brief overview of experience in similar external civil/groundworks projects, including examples of comparable contracts completed within the last five years
  • Confirmation of ability to comply with all relevant health and safety legislation
