What is happening?
TENDER NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Teemore Shamrocks GAC, 234 Ballyconnell Road, Gortineddan, Derrylin, BT92 9EG are seeking Expressions of Interest from Building Contractors, for the following works:
Erection of a New Covered 3G Training Pitch covering approximately 1000m² and associated siteworks.
Interested Contractors are required to express your interest to Mr John O'Brien, John O'Brien Architectural Consultants, Ardvarna, Bellanaleck Co. Fermanagh BT92 2BY at the following email address
obriendesign@btinternet.com and submit the following information:
Company details to include Registered name, address and contact details.
Proof of Public and Employers Liability Insurance (minimum cover £5,000,000.00)
CV of at least two similar projects completed in the last 2-years of value £200,000.00 to £500,000.00.
Information pertaining to points 1-3 should be submitted no later than 5pm on Friday 09 January 2026
The anticipated commencement date of the project will be March 2026.
The assessment of submissions will be scored on a PASS/FAIL basis and only submissions that Pass will be invited to tender for the works.
