AFBI Hillsborough, Lease or Tender

AFBI invites interested parties to tender
for the lease of the following:
7.28 Ha of orchards (as one lot) at AFBI
Loughgall BT61 8JA

The lease will commence on 1st Dec 2025 ending

on the 30th Nov 2027, with two optional one-
year extensions.

All orchards must be maintained to agreed
standards as discussed on viewing day.
The trees must be pruned each year. A full scab
programme is to be maintained in line with

disease warnings issued by the DAERA. Season-
long weed control is to be maintained and the

alleyways kept mown.
Viewing is strictly by appointment only.

Written tenders must be returned to AFBI
reception, Large Park, Hillsborough BT26 6DR,
by 3.30pm on Monday 24th November 2025.
AFBI is not bound to accept the highest
or any tender.
