The Housing Executive invites expressions of
interest for the above-mentioned lock-up unit,
which is to be let on a lease for a term to be
agreed, but which will not be for less than 1 year
or for a term exceeding 5 years.
The unit, which has an area of approximately
975 sq.ft. forms part of a retail block consisting
of three units.

which is to be let on a lease for a term to be
agreed, but which will not be for less than 1 year
or for a term exceeding 5 years.
The unit, which has an area of approximately
1,640 sq.ft. forms part of a mix use block
consisting of residential and commercial units.
All trades deemed appropriate will be
considered with the exception of those directly
in competition with those already in occupation.

bank holidays.
