What is happening?
Bude-Stratton Town Council is inviting Tenders for an initial 1-year leasehold tenancy of the Pitch & Putt Facility and Pavilion Building, Crooklets Road, Bude, Cornwall, EX23 8HN.
Applicants have the option not to operate the Pitch and Putt golf facility however use must satisfy criteria for property on Summerleaze Downs for “Leisure” purposes only.
BSTC cannot accept tenders that relate to private commercial enterprises.

Completed tender forms must be submitted in a sealed envelope and received at the above address no later than 12pm 26th November 2025
