Tender for renovation of an apartment.

We are seeking proposals from suitably qualified contractors for renovation of an apartment in Rathfriland town centre.



Property 1: 12a Dromore St, Rathfriland, Tender: CFR0012a/25



The plan is to renovate the 2 storey flat from a currently derelict/gutted state (but clean/ready to start building), to a condition to occupy state.



The work will include :-

Window installation

Electrical installations

Plumbing installations

P& insulationerimeter walls insulated & dry lined

Internal stud walls & ceilings including insulation &

plastering

Second fix joinery

It is intended that work should commence early October 2025; and be fully completed by end of January 2026;.

Contractors expressing interest will be required to meet the following criteria:



1. Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP)

2. A recognised Health & Safety accreditation

3. Employers and Public Liability Insurance to appropriate levels of cover

(Employer’s Liability: £5,000,000 / Public Liability: £5,000,000 / All risks

insurance ≥ contract value + 15%). Certificates to be provided or confirmation

of cover from insurance broker.

4. Provide details of relevant experience including 2 no. similar projects

undertaken during the past 4 years to include Client, contact name, telephone

number, and a description of the project including relevant issues and cost.
