What is happening?
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Kidderminster Town Hall, New Cafe & Venue Bars
Kidderminster Town Council is seeking expressions of interest from existing F&B operators to work in partnership to deliver an outstanding care and bar operation. This is an exciting opportunity, and we are offering a blank canvas for operators as the building works are still progressing there is an early opportunity to influence the internal design and layout.
With building works well underway, with the refurbishment due to be completed by May 2025 with a reopening around September 2025.
Cafe bar
The central courtyard will include a feature bar and cafe. This new courtyard will be capable of supporting a range of uses and users and should be capable of providing the BO or so covers. There are a further 100 covers within the cafe.
Venue Bars
Alongside a cafe operator we are also seeking expressions of interest for operators to deliver the bars within the flexible function space within the Town Hall. Whilst capacities are still to be determined we anticipate offering a mix of community and commercial events. Maximum capacities will be circa 350 in the largest function room.
