What is happening?
TENDER NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Greentown Environmental Limited of 63 Marble Arch Rd, Enniskillen BT92 1DE are seeking Expressions of Interest from Building Contractors, for the following works:
New Office Building (Extension) and Associated Siteworks
Interested Contractors are required to express their Interest to Mr John O'Brien, John O'Brien Architectural Consultants, Ardvarna, Bellanaleck Co. Fermanagh BT92 2BY at the following email address obriendesign@btinternet.com and submit the following Information:
1) Company details to include registered name, company number, address and contact details;
2) Construction Line Registration Number or Certificate;
3) Proof of Public and Employers Liability Insurance (minimum cover £5,000,000.00); and
4) CV of at least two similar projects completed in the last 2-years of value £250,000.00 to £750,000.00.
Information pertaining to points 1 - 4 should be submitted no later than 5pm on Wednesday 15th February 2024. Tender Documents will be issued in February 2024 with an expected contract start date of March 2024.
The assessment of submissions will be scored on a PASS/FAIL basis and only submissions that Pass will be Invited to tender for the works.
