NOTICE is hereby given that we TIMPERLEY CIVIC SOCIETY,) applied on 23rd October 2026 for a NEW Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: ANNUAL CHRISTMAS TIMPERLEY LIGHT SWITCH ON - STOCKPORT ROAD WA15 8UN - WA15 7UA under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: Sale/supply of Alcohol and holding of regulated entertainment from 12 noon to 6pm On Saturday 28th November 2026.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION TRAFFORD COUNCIL TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD
STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 0TH. Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, at Trafford Council, and is available via email upon request during the 28-day consultation period.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
