We, Ocean Bites Catering Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied to the City Westminster Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Efes Premium, 56-58 Edgware Road, London W2 2EH to permit: 1. The sale and supply of alcohol Monday to Saturday 10:00-00:30 and Sunday 10:00 to 00:00. 2. Live music Monday to Saturday 10:00-00:30 and Sunday 10:00 to 00:00. 3. Recorded music Monday to Saturday 08:00-01:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 00:30. 4. Late night refreshment Monday to Saturday 23:00-01:00 and Sunday 23:00 to 00:30. 5. Opening hours Monday to Saturday 08:00-01:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 00:30. 6. The premises be open on notable days as applied.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 25th November 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
