NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application
has been made to the licensing authority of
Portsmouth City Council for the grant of a premises
licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Details of
the application are as follows:
Name of Applicant: Savers Health and Beauty LTD
Postal address of premises: Ground Floor, 81B &
C London Road, North End, Portsmouth,
Hampshire, PO2 0BH. The application is to: Permit
the sale of Alcohol by retail for consumption off the
premises Monday to Saturday 07:00 – 20:00,
Sunday 09:00 – 17:00.

Any
responsible authority, or any other person wishing
to make representations on this matter must
submit those representations in writing to the
Licensing Manager, Licensing Service, Civic

by no later than 26/11/2026. Written representations

should include a name and address and will be
deemed public documents, will be forwarded to the
licence holder and will be considered by the
licensing authority. All relevant representations will
be available for public inspection and published on
the council’s website.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a

and, on summary conviction for the offence, a
person is liable to a fine of any amount.
