Notice is hereby given that The Rattlin Bog Durham Ltd has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as The Rattlin Bog, 13-15 Silver Street, Durham, DH1 3RB for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- Live Music, Recorded Music, (Indoors) Monday to Thursday 12:00 - 22:30, Friday to Saturday 12:00 - 00:30, Sunday 12:00 - 22:00 Sale by retail of Alcohol (Consumption on and off the premises) Monday to Thursday 12:00 - 22:30, Friday to Saturday 12:00 - 00:30, Sunday 12:00 - 22:00.
New Years Eve, New Years Day, St Patricks Day and all Bank Holiday Sundays until 01:00.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
