Notice of application for a premises licence
Notice is hereby given that TATTON SERVICES LIMITED have applied to Cheshire East Council for a premises licence as follows:
1) Opening hours and off sales of alcohol 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday.
2) Late night refreshment 23:00 to 05:00 Monday to Sunday.

The application may be inspected by prior appointment during normal office hours at: Licensing Team, Cheshire East Council, Regulatory Services and Health, C/O Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL. Tel: 0300 123 5015 or by email: licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk Any person wishing to make representations in relation to the application must do so in writing to the above address no later than 1st December 2026.
It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
