Regulation 25 Notice - To: Whom It May Concern

I/We Archipelagos Gyros Ltd do hereby give notice that it is my/our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as Archipelagos Gyros 109 Western Road Brighton BN3 1FA for the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: Late Night Refreshment between 23:00 hours and midnight Sunday to Thursday and 23:00 hours to 01:00 Hours Friday and Saturday.

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ no later than 26/11/2026 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
