Take notice that on 26 October 2026 We Rockets Hideout Limited of 64a Gowthorpe, Selby, YO8 4ET made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises Up A Level Gaming Lounge, 12 Feasegate, York, YO1 8SQ Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows: Sale by retail of alcohol ON the premises Monday to Sunday, 11:00 to 22:00. The opening hours of premises will be Monday to Sunday, 11:00 to 23:00.
The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk
Representations must be received by no later than 23 November 2026 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
