Yorick Road - Application For Premises Licence

Licensing Act 2003 Section 34

Notice is hereby given that Asiye Top has applied in respect of Pera Restaurant, 8 Yorick Road, West Mersea, Colchester, Essex, CO5 8HT for a variation of the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: the extension of the licensed area to include the external seating area directly in front of the restaurant (no more than 4 tables and 12 covers), for the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises by waiter/waitress service to seated customers only, between 11:30 and 22:00 daily, with the external area cleared of customers by 22:30 daily. No music or regulated entertainment will be provided outside. No other changes are sought.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
