Notice is given that application by THE KARA SEVENOAKS LIMITED applied to the Licensing Authority at Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council for a full variation to the Premises License at THE KARA SEVENOAKS, LONDON ROAD, WROTHAM HEATH, SEVENOAKS, KENT, TN15 7RX in order to make the FULL VARIATION TO THE PLAN OF THE PREMISES (Change in the layout and inclusion of an additional floor).
Any person wishing to submit relevant representation concerning this application must give notice by ‘21/11/2026’ in writing to Licensing Services, Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council, Gibson Building, Gibson Drive, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4LZ or by email to licensing. services@tmbc.gov.uk.
It is a summary offence, liable to an unlimited fine on conviction, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
